Brittany, we are very sorry to hear you were not pleased with your experience with our firm. Due to attorney-client privilege, we can’t speak of specifics of any client’s case. What we can say is that there are many factors that determine if we are able to proceed forward with a case (i.e., insurance coverage, comparative negligence, the amount of available insurance, pre-existing conditions, etc.).
